However, the major challenges come during the actual Construction, when you find out how well those Design plans fit with the Reality of your site and budget. Simply put, the expertise of architects and designers does not always extend to the actual Construction. (It also may not satisfy your friendly neighborhood Zoning Board.) Getting the perspective of a builder as early as possible in the Design process is always a prudent course of action. So, before you get swept away with your project, have us evaluate your plans. We will look for any discrepancies, verify the field situation with the design plans and get a builder's perspective on project costs by DAVISified General Contractors, our full service construction company.
